Sign up and get 14 days or 14 completed orders, whichever comes first. During your trial, some features are limited — no automated invoicing, online payments, or Stripe integration.
When the trial ends, your account becomes read-only. You can still view your dashboard and past orders, but you won’t be able to make changes. Upgrade anytime to unlock full access.
A "ticket" represents a completed load in the Tough Commerce platform. i.e., a job requiring 30 yards of concrete split across 3 loads would create 3 tickets
Tickets are not eligible for billing until the corresponding job is completed. In other words, you don't pay for a ticket until you've performed the job. The Tough Commerce system tracks the number of completed tickets over a monthly period and will bill for those alongside your subscription fee each month.
A "yard" is the physical location where your equipment is stored and dispatched from. This excludes long term placement of semi-permanent assets, like placing booms, but would be applicable if booms/trucks were dispatched from multiple locations throughout your area.
Tough Commerce is a month-to-month subscription with simple, predictable billing.
You choose the plan that fits your business Grow, Pro, or Enterprise, and you are billed every month. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless you cancel.
You can cancel anytime. Your subscription will remain active through the end of your current billing month, and you will not be charged again after that.
You can upgrade at any time to move between plans and unlock additional features as your business grows.
